Overview:.
Symbol Manager is a VBA application written for Microstation V8 to simplify management
and placement of cells. A simple windows tree structure allows easy navigation of multiple
symbol libraries. Libraries may be Cell libraries, DGN files and/or DWG files.
Thumbnails of symbols within the selected library are displayed for easy selection.
Simply pick and place the symbol you want.

A variety of placement option may be defined by the user to place the selected symbol.
These options include masking the geometry beneath the symbol, placement along a
selected element, trimming element intersecting cell as well as many more.

Filtering is supported to only display those symbols filtered by name and/or description
entered by user.

Auto collapse window when symbol is selected to maximize Microstation screen real estate.
Drop symbol upon placement.
Placement angle may be modified to pre-defined increment angle.
